Bib number collection / registration

Your bib number is 302

There is an option to collect your race bib from Swish (www.swishripley.com, 27 Grosvenor Road, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3JE) from Wednesday 11 to Friday 13 June, between the times of 10am to 4pm.

On number collection, you will be entitled to 10% of any purchase in Swish.

 

Alternatively, bib numbers can be collected on the day. These will be available between 8.30am and 9.30am in the Bandstand at Crossley Park.

 

You will not need to register on the day if you have already collected your bib number from Swish.

 

Race day arrangements:

·        Warm up – there will be a short group warm up (by James White of GymFit, Ripley) around 9.40am in Crossley Park.

·        Start – Crossley Park, Ripley, at 10am

·        Race Bibs – race number bibs must be worn on the front of your shirt.

·        Race briefing – there will be a briefing immediately before the race. Roads will not be closed for the event, therefore runners should be alert to traffic and remain on the pavement during the race, taking care at road crossings. Some of the pavements are uneven and there may be some low hanging tree branches along Derby Road.

·        Retiring – runners who decide to retire from the race after registration on the day must report this to a marshal (otherwise we will be out looking for you).

·        Headphones – please note that these are not permitted as the race is on open roads. Bone conductors may be worn, provided runners are alert to traffic and marshal instructions.

·        Water station – there will be a water station on route provided by Rogue Runners Ripley

·        Parking – please use the public car parks at the Coop and in the Town Centre. There will be no parking on School Lane as this is the start area of the course.

·        Toilets – limited toilets will be available in Crossley Park.

·        Bags – bags can be left in the registration area at your own risk. (These may not be supervised at all times).

·        Bling - All finishers will receive our extra special finishers medal and a goody bag.

·        Prizes - there will be category and spot prizes
